Ensuring the safe delivery of your tiles is our utmost priority.
Deliveries typically occur between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. For specific morning, afternoon, or timed deliveries, please request this service, note that a small charge may apply.
Upon dispatch of your tiles, we will contact you to arrange delivery, usually within 5 working days. All orders are securely packed and delivered on pallets.
Please note that the delivery driver will determine the nearest safely accessible point to your property, which may be the driveway or the kerbside. The driver cannot assist with handling or unpacking goods.
A responsible person must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery note and reported within the specified period as outlined in our Terms .
While we take every precaution to ensure your tiles arrive in excellent condition, if any damage is suspected or observed, please follow these steps:
Mark "Damaged" on the delivery note.
Take photographs of the damaged pallet and goods.
Inform us immediately via email.
Occasionally, there may be a few tiles with small chips or cracks on the edges or corners, which can typically be used for cuts by your tiler.
Please check your delivery against the delivery note, noting any missing items, and inform us immediately via email.
When unpacking your tiles, exercise caution to prevent tiles from falling over. Most orders are shrink-wrapped for protection, but we recommend arranging adequate help to move your order into your property promptly upon delivery.
We advise against scheduling your tiler until after your order has arrived, as we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to delayed delivery.
We recommend ordering an extra 10% tiles to ensure you have enough in case of any damage during installation.
Should you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Stock Orders Return Policy:
In the event that you change your mind upon receiving your tiles, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. Simply send your order back to us, and we'll issue a refund, deducting a 20% restocking fee and excluding the original delivery charge.
Please take note of the following:
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original resalable condition.
We do not accept returns for leftover tiles or partial orders. Returns are only accepted for full orders, with all tiles undamaged and in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns for unboxed or damaged tiles.
You are responsible for arranging transportation back to our warehouse; we are unable to cover this cost.
We recommend securely wrapping the tiles to a pallet and using a reputable delivery company to ensure safe arrival.
Once your order arrives at our warehouse and has been checked, we will issue a refund for the cost of the tiles, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note that the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed and credited to your account.
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with a returns confirmation to print and attach to the pallet(s) you are returning.

Prices will be verified by accepting the order confirmation.
Delivery lead times
The Company will make all reasonable efforts to deliver all goods within the period stated upon confirmation of order. The Company will not have any liability to the Customer for any delay in delivery. All freight costs are borne by the Customer.
It is a condition of the contract that the Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery. Visible damages are to be noted on the freight document. In case of non-visible damage/shortage a notice of claim in writing must be sent to the Company within 5 days from the delivery date. Payment terms
Unless otherwise arranged, goods will be dispatched only upon receipt of payment in full from the Customer.
Any charges levied by the Customer’s bank in process of payment for Company’s product will be paid by the Customer.
Orders
An order will be considered placed once the Company has received an order confirmation by the Customer. A confirmed order cannot be cancelled.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to verify the specification of the goods as outlined in the sales order confirmation provided to the Customer.
Manufacture of an order will not commence until receipt of advanced payment in full.
If an ordered item meets the specification agreed to in advance on the sales order confirmation, these goods may not be returned under any circumstances.
All products are handcrafted. The tonalities and depths of the colours, unevenness and variation in thickness may vary and the final result may marginally differ from the sample colour. If reorders are made the Company strives to deliver a product equivalent to that already ordered but due to the handcrafted nature of the tiles, slight differences may occur in the different firing batches. By confirming the order the Customer accepts these sales and delivery terms.
For tiles ordered from our Company for delivery outside the UK, the tiles may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when delivery reaches the specific destination. Unless otherwise stated (please ask us if you require clarity) the Customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that the Customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the tiles are destined. The Company will not be liable for any breach by you of such laws.
Property and Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
Any goods delivered to the Customer remain the property of the Company until payment in full of all amounts due to it from the Customer has been received by the Company.
Guarantees and Liability
The Company will have no liability to the Customer or any third party if the Customer does not comply in all respects with the Company’s instructions in relation to the product.
If the Customer notifies the Company immediately it becomes aware of any defect in the goods which appears within 24 months of delivery, the Company will, at its option, either repair or replace any goods found to be defective due to faulty manufacture supplied by the Company.
Where a defect has been notified, the Customer will, if so requested by the Company, return the goods to the Company at the Customer’s expense. If the Company subsequently confirms that the returned goods contain defects attributable to the Company, the reasonable costs of re-delivery incurred by the Customer will be refunded.
The warranties given above will not apply to defects that are due to fair wear and tear, accidental damage, or failure by the Customer or any third party to adhere to the Company’s instructions or recommendations. The tiling products supplied by us must be correctly and professionally installed if they are to last for their expected lifespan. The minimum required installation standards and specifications are those set out in the following documents of The Tile Association:
(A) https://www.tiles.org.uk/tiling-guide/
(B) https://www.tiles.org.uk/services/relevant-standards/
All terms, conditions and warranties implied by law, trade use or otherwise (including but not limited to any warranties as to quality or fitness for purpose) are excluded to the extent permitted by law. The Customer, by entering into the contract, acknowledges that the only warranties are those given expressly by the Company in these conditions.
Under no circumstances will the Company have any liability to the Customer for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential and whether in contract or in tort) except as expressly stated in these conditions.
Default
If the Customer: a. commits a breach of contract or b. fails to make a payment on the due date; or c. becomes insolvent or has a receiver appointed then, in any such case the Company Seller shall be entitled either to suspend the supply of goods or, at its option, to cancel the contract and repossess any goods for which payment has not been received in full. The Company Seller shall also have this right if it reasonably considers that any of the events mentioned (a), (b) or (c) above are likely to occur.
